Yahaya Danjuma is the Director/CEO of Afrik Mining Consultants, bringing a strategic, data‑driven, and internationally informed approach to mineral exploration and project development. With extensive experience of over 10 years across the African mining sectors, he specializes in guiding investors, operators, and government stakeholders through every stage of the mining lifecycle—from opportunity identification to operational optimizations.
Mr Yahaya holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology (2012), from Gombe State University; MSc in Sedimentology and Petroleum Geology (2017) from ATBU Bauchi Nigeria, and an MSc in Volcanology (2024) from the University of Bristol, UK. He is a Fellow of the London Geologic Society FGS, a cooperate member of the Nigerian Mining and Geoscience Society MNMGS and also a Geoscientist with the Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists COMEG.
Ibrahim Bornoma is our head of projects and lead consultants in Environmental & Social Governance (ESG) focusing on EIAs, CDAs, Community engagement frameworks, investment risk analysis and Sustainability strategy development Ibrahim holds a BSc in Political Science from the University of Maiduguri, an MSc in Energy Politics and Law from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and have an MBA in Risk Management from the London School Business and Finance (LSBF).
Joshua Bako is our head of Exploration. He brigns over 18 years of experience in the Nigerian mining sector. He supervises title acquizition and negotiations. Josh holds a BSc in Geology and Mining form NSUK, Nigeria, and a post greaduate diploma in Mineral Exploration form the Nigerian Institute of Mining and Geosciences Jos, Nigeria.
